E. For complaints about review system, or changes to your review profile:

Go to http://www.myredbook.com/showpro.aspx
Search to find the record in question, then click the ALERT link on the review details page.

This verifies to us you are looking at the current information. Please supply the old and new values when specifying changes.

If your claim is that a review is false, do not rant and rave over how obviously false it is. Mount an intelligent and compelling defense by going through each statement in the review and highlighting all the inconsistencies you can find.

If your request for a review deletion is denied you may appeal to the VIP members via a poll in the VIP members forum.

You may also request that a paragraph you supply be appended to the end of a review.

I dont ask for false reviews to be deleted very much, in fact i asked once last year.

May I ask why my request for my most recent review be deleted? why do i have to jump thru hoops for this? why must we go to VIP members via a poll in the VIP members forum so it can be viewed by VIPs? what is the use of this?

   you will get the most help if you follow the guidelines above.

simply use the 1st link to bring up your review profile.
bring up the review in question.
alert the review and explain why you feel it should be deleted.

the option of creating a poll in VIP is only used as an appeal if the review is not removed after alerting it, and if you still feel it should be.

just start with the 1st step...and go from there

I already went thru the first process, So let me get this straight, bring up my review that i want removed so that it can be exposed in VIP poll open forum? seems like im defeating the process.
