"dark circles under eyes-surgery"
 
   Does anyone know about surgery for dark circles under the eye? I heard that it is like a bruise; there is blood that collects under the eye, giving that ghastly color. This problem runs in my family.

   Excess fat deposits in/under the lower lid creates shadows and dark spots. Lower blepharoplasty removes the excess fat. Worked great for me.
