"Your Tummy Tuck Feedback"

Ok, so I've had two tummy tuck consultations this week, full tummy tuck with lipo. After having two cessarians I'm so concerned about the recovery time vs the overall benefits, the scaring, etc. Also, how long till you were back to RB biz as usual?

If you personally have had this procedure I would appreciate anything you will share about your experience. Your input will be most valuable in my decision to do this or not.

Thank You Beautiful Ladies...

I have personally had this done. After my first baby my stomach was all coverd in stretch marks with sagging skin. No matter how many sit ups I would do or exercise it never went down. I looked small in my clothes, but as soon as I took them off it was this horrible sagging pooch with stretch marks. After I decided I was done having kids (I have 3) I got comsulted for tummy tuck. Wonderful doctor in Napa (Dr. Price). He is resonably priced and he did a wonderful job. When I was consulted I was about a size 12, he advised I lose about 20lbs before I came back and got it done, the smaller you are when you get it done the tighter and flatter he can make your stomach. So I worked out a few months before my tummy tuck and got down to a size 9. I'm a tall large frame girl so 9 is my ideal size. Recovery was fine, took 2 weeks off and was able to go back to work. Pain wasn't bad at all. You have these annoying drainage tubes attached to you for like a week to drain the fluid. The scar is not that bad...if I don't tan you can see it...when I tan you can barely see it at all. Please whatever you do find a good doctor...my friend had one done and had a real bad experience. If you have no stretchmarks on your tummy or sagging skin I would not advise this procedure. This procedure is not for weight loss it is really for fixing sagging skin that can't go back into place. If you plan on having kids do not get this done. A good professional doctor will want you to be at your ideal weight when you get this done, a shitty doctor will just want the money and do it anyways. The benefit of my tummy tuck is I have gained 30lbs since my tuck 6 years ago and none of the weight went to my stomach, it all goes to my breast, thighs and ass. The tummy muscles are pulled so tight you don't really ever get flabby there again. And because they sew the stomach muscles tight when you work out abs you get muscle tone there faster then the average person.

good luck

Oh my goodness.....all that sounds ideal. I had two c sections and I'm def a candidate. So far I haven't had any doctors be concerned about my weight and I did find that alarming. My weight history is like a roller coaster ride at Disneyland.
You gave good insight, I'm going to take your words with me to my next consultation. Thank you so much for replying!

So far I have estimates ranging from 5k to 12k for just the full tummy tuck. My next consultation is for laser liposuction.

916.....what did you pay? Who was your doctor? How long till you were fully functioning again?
