"adultnote.com attack site"
 
   I just got one of those calls from this site telling me I should sign no with them so I checked it out and it is an attack site. If you get a call from them do not go there.

I got the same call too. Thanks for the heads up! I have a feeling people are going to be trying to take advantage of girls during this transition from CL.

What she means is it probably uploads viruses and spyware on to your computer.
