What I don't understand is why they are making everyone start over and we can't just keep reposting old 'approved' ads. SO Far I've tried 4 times using ads that were accepted and not one worked today. I am starting to panic. I need this income, its all have.

Some ads were just slow,maybe they needed more staff to work on the AS reviews. I've known a few people who reply and they have been refunded. DO NOT give fear mongers any attention, they love feeling they know and sit around playing mind games.

New ads are reviewed in the order received for compliance before posting. For new ads that are approved, your credit card will be charged.Once submitted, ads cannot be edited. Ads live on the site may be eligible for reposting.

I know for a fact, if CL places a pending charge or request a hold for that amount, it is NOT taken just reserved. If if the ad is approved then the pending charge becomes a real debit or withdrawal for the amount that was pre-authorized. This happens all the time. I've had web merchants "pre-authorize" when I place an order. Only see a the money taken when the item is available an ships to me. Otherwise the pending charge is simply released. These holds do not have fees, but having the money tied up when you have tried getting 5-7 ads approved and they get rejected is a strain. Some banks can take days to release the reserved funds. (Which banks profit from and we don't get a part of that action, in fact we are usually inconvenienced!)

So if you watch your account you may see a $5 or $10 pending, if the ad is accepted THEN CL actually takes the cash. Trust me CL isn't some corrupted web firm. They don't need to steal or take money. People practically throw money at CL for all kinds of ads every day. Not to mention how many legit (approved) AS ads they get $$$ for daily.

I wish people would not be so skeptical and paranoid about CL and Credit cards. The cardholder has more power in this situation than the company charging has no choice but to abide by the rules.

CL just doesn't make the rules clear AT ALL. The vague rules they do post, I follow. I have no problem posting by the rules, but I have a BIG probem when I follow the rules and am declined and ohters violate the rules and get posts up all the time. WTF is going on?

I don't usually blow up, but this is making me crazy. All help, suggestions are welcome? Anyone with something to share that is best kept private please inbox me! Thanks in advance....
