I am offering my services for free of initial charge. I will build you a professionally designed website. It does not necessarily have to be about "redbook" related things. I am open to any and all ideas you might have on a unique and cool website idea.

By now you are saying what's the catch. It's very simple, I split with you 50/50 the profits from 2-3 advertisements on your website.
They will be non-invasive ad's.
