We are easy going, provider friendly, like to watch movies and bbq-ing 420 friendly & drink socially on weekends. We have 2 indoor cats. We are animal friendly. This is a one car garage sized room and another smaller one, private entrance. There is another room available next to it. We will split PG&E and water; garbage is covered. The deposit is $500 and can be made in payments. We will be looking to get a washer/dryer and the house is currently getting upgraded with new granite counters, gas burners and oven, hardwood floors, bathroom. There is a fireplace in the living room and a nice big backyard. Samtrans within walking distance and can take you to Cal-Train.
